Dragonfly 2

Finished size: 8" X 9"

Materials:
(US) size 7 needles, 2 ounces Worsted Weight Cotton in desired color (Example was made using Sugar ‘n Cream’s Hot Purple)

Cast on 41.

Row 1: k1 (p1, k1) across.

Row 2-5: Repeat row 1.

Row 6: (k1, p1) twice, k33, (p1, k1) twice.

Row 7: k1, p1, k1, p35, k1, p1, k1.

Row 8: Repeat row 6 .

Row 9: k1, p1, k1, p17, k1, p17, k1, p1, k1.

Row 10: Repeat row 6.

Rows 11-28: Repeat rows 9 and 10 nine times.

Row 29: Repeat row 9.

Row 30: (k1, p1) twice, k4, p7, k11, p7, k4, (p1, k1) twice.

Row 31: k1, p1, k1, p4, k9, p4, k1, p4, k9, p4, p1, k1, p1.

Row 32: (k1, p1) twice, k3, p10, k7, p10, k3, (p1, k1) twice.

Row 33: k1, p1, k1, p5, k10, p2, k1, p2, k10, p5, k1, p1, k1.

Row 34: (k1, p1) twice, k6, p21, k6, (p1, k1) twice.

Row 35: k1, p1, k1, p8, k19, p8, k1, p1, k1.

Row 36: Repeat row 6.

Row 53: Bind off in established pattern.

Finish off. Weave in ends. Block as desired.

  1. I enjoyed this pattern! Thanks! I think that I found a couple of errors (I could be wrong). One on row 31 at the end where it says p4,p1,k1,p1. I think it's supposed to be p4,k1,p1,k1.
    On row 42 it has more than 41 stitches. I omitted the K1,P1,K1 that was near the end which made it the correct number of stitches.
